Shipping Policy
Effective date: April 26, 2026.
This policy explains how KGSource coordinates shipping from suppliers in China to your destination market.
Shipping methods
- Air Freight: faster transit for urgent or high-value products.
- Sea Freight (FCL/LCL): cost-efficient for medium and large volumes.
- Express Courier: best for samples and small urgent shipments.
Processing and handover
After goods pass agreed readiness checks and required documents are complete, shipments are booked with a carrier or forwarder. Transit begins after cargo handover and carrier acceptance.
Transit time estimates
Any timelines provided by KGSource are estimates based on carrier schedules, route congestion, customs conditions, and seasonal demand. Delays may occur outside our direct control.
Customs, duties, and compliance
Import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees, and destination-country regulatory compliance are the buyer's responsibility unless explicitly included in a signed quote.
Tracking and updates
Tracking data is provided through carrier systems and may appear with delay between scan events. For help, use the Track Order page or contact our team directly.
Damaged or missing cargo
Report transit damage, shortages, or package loss within 3 business days of receipt with photos, packing evidence, and shipment references so we can coordinate claim support with the carrier.
